After years of supplying heating cable and accessories to commercial users, it became necessary to better serve the commercial construction industry. In the spring of 1994, Thermon formed the Commercial Products Division. By focusing on the uses for heat tracing in nonindustrial applications, this new division has been able to utilize Thermon's 40 years of engineering and research technology to better serve the engineers, contractors and owners of institutional and commercial facilities.
